DESCRIPTION:Come run and fundraise for Between Friends\, a Calgary organization that provides quality social\, recreational\, and developmental opportunities so that people with disabilities can connect\, grow\, and belong. \nPartnering with Girls Who Like To do Things\, a Calgary-based club that aims to empower women and gender-diverse people by creating fun\, supportive spaces to make friends and try new things\, Between Friends is hosting their second yearly 5K run! \nRegistration costs $15 and all proceeds and additional donations from this event will be matched up to 50% through Rogers Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink\, meaning that your donations will be worth more! \nAll people are welcome to come run or enjoy our Runners Village\, which will include free samples\, good vibes\, snacks\, and more! \nLocated down at Sandy Beach\, please arrive for 10am\, as the run will begin at 11am! \nWe can’t wait to see you there!
