DESCRIPTION:It’s time to lace up the fancy shoes and fill those vests. YYCRunCrew is hitting the trails! 🌲 \nJoin us on the last Thursday of every month this summer as we take on some of our favourite inner-city routes. Expect punchy climbs\, winding singletrack\, and that perfect amount of dusty goodness. \nPLEASE NOTE:\n🤝 This is a social\, party paced group run. We stop lots. We look at nature. We wait for each other. Save your tough speed workout for another day 🙂\n🚏 Routes will be announced a couple weeks prior to the run via our Strava club. We will meet at 6PM.\n🌧️To protect the Calgary trail network\, these runs will be cancelled during rainy conditions.\n‼️ Runners are required to wear proper trail shoes/gear\, and bring your own hydration/fuel if needed. \nWe hope to see you out there\, trail crew 👊🏻.

DESCRIPTION:Get ready for a morning packed with colour\, music\, and smiles! 🎉 \nThe Colour Run/Walk takes place on Saturday\, May 30\, starting in the morning\, and features an approximately 5 km walk or run along the scenic trails of Harmony\, a beautiful community in Rocky View County\, right next to Springbank Airport. \nThe fun kicks off with a mass group colour toss before you even hit the course. Along the way\, you’ll move through multiple colour stations where volunteers will shower you with even more colour. Once everyone crosses the finish line\, we’ll wrap things up with one final epic group colour toss—expect a rainbow explosion and a whole lot of happy faces! \nA DJ and MC will keep the energy high all morning long\, and we’ll finish with prizes for best costume (individual\, family\, and team)\, plus plenty of amazing door prizes. \nThink lots of colour\, great vibes\, and an unforgettable experience—you don’t want to miss it! 🌈✨

DESCRIPTION:Join the Run to End Endo\, hosted by the The Endometriosis Network of Canada\, on May 31 at The Rise\, St. Patrick’s Island. This annual 5K run or walk supports women’s health and raises funds for endometriosis\, bringing the community together for a meaningful cause. Check-in begins at 10:00 a.m. MDT at The Rise\, with local organizations on-site. Note that this event is dog-friendly. \nParticipation requires online registration with a minimum $40 donation (tax receipt provided)\, but everyone is welcome to come out\, connect\, and be part of the day. \nThe first 60 people to sign up will also receive a free Rumble class and a free PRML pass ($50+ value!)\, a complimentary dessert from Poésie (local bakery)\, and other goodies.
