After the run\, we’ll transition into a 30 minute gentle yoga reset focused on lengthening and strengthening the body\, with a few deeper\, intentional postures to help release tension and reset for the week ahead. \n \nOptional post yoga tea and a little reconnect and catch up. \nCome as you are!

Participants travel from all over the province and BC to participate in the Canmore 5 Peaks runs. \nThe race start/finish has a fantastic party vibe.
