Calgary Women’s Run

The 48th annual Calgary Women’s Run is one of Canada’s longest-running women’s-only races, bringing together women and girls of all ages and abilities for a fun, inclusive, and empowering event.
Participants can choose from 5 km or 10 km distances, with race categories including Individual, Mother–Daughter, and Sisterhood teams—encouraging friends and family to run together.
More than just a race, the Calgary Women’s Run is a celebration of women supporting women. It fosters a welcoming, non-intimidating environment where participants can challenge themselves, connect with others, and build confidence through movement.
Organized by a passionate volunteer community, the event also raises funds for local charities, reinforcing its strong focus on giving back and strengthening the community.
With scenic routes, a supportive atmosphere, and post-race celebrations, the Calgary Women’s Run is as much about connection and community as it is about crossing the finish line.
